We are a proudly owned family business managed by Chris and Mariette Roets. Our mainline of business is wood work. Our three children partake in the business in various ways, Vian the youngest son is a cabinet maker employed by Roets Craft.
Chrizette is the sales representative, and Stefan is in an advisory capacity concerning CNC projects. The business started about 30 years ago in the Roets family’s home garage in Pretoria.
Our motto through the years was, and still is, prompt service, top quality products as well as a competitive structure. Professional client relationships is what we all subscribe to.
Our manufacturing side renders a wide range of products and services to the hospitality industry as well as interior decoration service providers. The CNC division renders a wide range of services to the sign production, shop fitting and wood working industries.

We have 30 years of design and manufacturing experience in the custom production of a great variety of products. Over 3 decades we have acquired equipment and machinery which enabled us to perform at optimum levels, ensuring top quality products made with a variety of materials, Wood, Perspex glass etc.
From shop fitting, furniture, lighting and signage to customised projects as per brief. No project is too small or too large for us.
Philosophy of service
To understand the requirement (need) of our clients is of the utmost importance. This put us in the position to plan correctly, price correctly and procure the ideal material for the task.
Further to the above, produce within the brief (specifications) and deadline expectations of our clients.
We manage the maintenance of our equipment and machinery in order to avoid downtime in our factory, even in the event of power failures, our standby generators will ensure production can continue as planned.
Customer relations are being managed professionally, which results in an informed and satisfied client and or customers.
Our Approach
We receive a brief from our client inclusive of specifications and expected outcomes. We confirm materials and design aspects in relation to original brief. We confirm that the required materials are available from our suppliers
We do the costing, quotation and confirm delivery date, after approval of the quotation we supply our client with the final timeline, and start with the manufacturing process. Total client satisfaction is driving our total approach.
